XiVO Directory

This Directory Type is used to query the users of a XiVO.

On a fresh install, there is a default XiVO Directory defined.

Its Directory Name is xivo by default.

Its Directory Source Name is internal by default.

The URI field for this type of directory should be the base URL of a xivo-confd server.

This directory type matches the xivo backend in xivo-dird.

Available Fields

XiVO Directory Mappable Fields

Use these in Mapped fields of the directory definition, for instance {firstname} {lastname} ({id}):

• description

• email

• exten

• firstname

• id

• lastname

• mobile_phone_number

• userfield

• voicemail_number

Note

A name that is not in this list produces an empty value, silently.

XiVO Directory Searchable Fields

Use these in Direct match and Match reverse directories of the directory definition. Every Mappable field is also Searchable, plus these:

• agentid

• caller_id

• context

• enabled

• entity

• extension

• fullname

• music_on_hold

• outgoing_caller_id

• preprocess_subroutine

• provisioning_code

• uuid

Note

• fullname is computed when searching, as firstname, a space, then lastname.

• exten and extension are two names for the same field.
