User Labels
You can configure user labels in . Label allows an administrator to group its XiVO users.
The labels assigned to a user also determine which directories that user can search: a directory search (e.g. from the UC Assistant) only returns results from the directories mapped to the user’s assigned labels. See lookup_by_labels.

Note for Webi admin user
For admin users of the Webi (see Webi admin users) edit its permission and add permission:
for the IPBX -> IPBX Settings -> User Labels menu
and for Control System –> Authenticate configuration server web services request (required for admin users)
