What’s new in this version ?

  • Headset call control (WebHID) : Users can now answer/hangup Calls with compatible Headset

  • HID - Headset auto reconnect is supported on UC, CCAgent and desktop assistant

  • POPC/CC Agent user can visualize their audio devices

  • Users have the ability to view the groups they belong to with live update, and can activate/deactivate call handling from those groups.

  • Possibility to make a consulation call when you are in an audio conference

  • Agents can now mark contacts as favorites directly within the POPC interface and can view their list of favorite contacts

  • Xivo admin have the possibility to add users in a group whatever its MDS localisation

  • End of Support for LTS Izar (2022.05).
