LDAP Bidirectional Synchronization

Objective

Permit automatic enrichment of the XiVO directory contact sheet with desired attributes.

Functional Description

LDAP bidirectional synchronization allows:

  • Creation / modification of parameters / deletion of a user

  • Consideration of CC Agents

  • Management of multi-format numbers (E.164)

  • Assignment of DID / Short numbers available on XiVO directly from the AD directory

  • Sending a summary email to the user upon creation, with login information (an SMTP relay must be configured by the client)
