LDAP bidirectional synchronization allows:

- Creation / modification of parameters / deletion of a user
- Consideration of CC Agents
- Management of multi-format numbers (E.164)
- Assignment of DID / Short numbers available on XiVO directly from the AD directory
- Sending a summary email to the user upon creation, with login information (an SMTP relay must be configured by the client)
