Overview

XiVO Connect is a sovereign collaborative communication module developed on top of XiVO PBX. It combines instant messaging, video conferencing, file sharing and IP telephony in a unified interface. It is a customized soft-fork of Element, built on top of the Matrix protocol and deeply integrated with the XiVO ecosystem.

Functional Objectives

  • Provide a 100% French, open-source and sovereign alternative to proprietary collaborative platforms.

  • Ensure data protection through end-to-end encryption.

  • Offer full mobility: accessible from web browser, desktop application, and mobile app.

  • Integrate with XiVO telephony: calls are handled directly inside Connect, and call history is available from the interface.
